Important timings:


24th June 2022: Company Profile Information deadline


If you have yet to supply a company logo (.eps file) and 250-word profile text, please send this to no later than Friday 24th June 2022

21st June 2022: Delegate Places deadline


Please inform us of all your attendees by supplying the following information to no later than Tuesday 5th July.

(if names are not provided by this time, they may be denied entry.)

  • Full name*

  • Job title*

  • Company*

  • Telephone number and email
    (This is essential for confirmation emails) 

  • Dietary requirements

*Will be used on delegate badges.

Please ensure any advance deliveries are not made before 11th July. 


Please be aware that the venue will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced.


Exhibitor Set up

The exhibition is taking place in the Starley Suite.

Exhibitors can set up on between 12:30 – 13:30 on Tuesday 12th July or between 08:00 – 09:00 on Wednesday 13th July.

Registration begins at 13:30​ on day one.

Loading / Unloading

Exhibitors can deliver via the rear of the building on Silver street.

The exhibition format is open plan, table top style. Please note that shell schemes are not supplied for this even

Audio, Visual and Furniture Suppliers


Additional AV is not supplied by the venue.


Please ensure you have all your audio and visual requirements before arriving at the venue.

Post Event

All items that are being returned by courier after the event, must be packed up, labelled, and given to the reception team.

All items must be collected by 10am on Thursday 14th July.
