Presentation Guidelines

• Deadline: Please send your slides by 4:00pm on Wednesday 12 November.
• Format: PowerPoint (.ppt) only, using a 16:9 screen ratio.
• Fonts: If you have used any custom fonts, please send them along with your presentation so they can be installed on the event laptop.
• Where to send: Please email your presentation to both conferences@landor.co.uk and jason.conboy@landor.co.uk
• Files can be sent via email or WeTransfer (max file size 2GB).
• Please also bring a backup copy on a USB stick on the day.

  • We cannot accept the following formats: Prezi, Keynote or PDF.

  • Please make sure any videos or audio are embedded directly in your PowerPoint file to avoid connectivity issues.
