On behalf of the British Embassy, we’re really pleased that you’re joining the UK delegation to the AI EXPO in Budapest, Hungary, on 13-15 February 2023.

At this stage, we’d like to ask you to let us know of your preferred origin airport and times / dates for flights. 

 

We will book accommodation near to the event venue and send you the details in due course.

We advise delegates to travel to Budapest on the 13 February, and to take part in networking activities on the evening of the 13 February if they wish. The Conference and EXPO will take place over the 14 -15 February. Further details will be provided in due course.

 

The UK / international conference sector-specific presentations will take place on 14 February, which will offer a full day of presentations in English from UK and Central European AI experts across 4 key themes:

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Air mobility / drones

  • Manufacturing 4.0

  • Agriculture

 

The full conference day will be followed by a Dinner and Networking event on the evening of the 14 February.

 

On February 15 there will be presentations on AI strategy, regulation, ethics and policy from selected European delegations. Selected speakers from the UK delegation will also speak on this day.

 

On February 16 there is an optional visit to ZalaZONE, an Automotive Proving Ground (a leading integrated Research & Development facility with a test track for autonomous vehicles), organised by the
AI National Laboratory

 

EXPO OFFER

On both 14 and 15 February EXPO opportunities are offered free of charge for UK delegates. The hosts will provide a table, a monitor/screen and good internet.

Flights and accommodation

All reasonable expenses will be covered by the British Embassy.
